Our Patients

Who We Support.

When to seek a fertility evaluation: Generally, after 12 months of trying if you’re under 35, or after 6 months if you’re 35 or older. Seek advice sooner if you’re over 40, have irregular cycles, or have a known fertility concern. Where relevant, evaluation should include both partners. Preconception support should not delay this assessment.

  • Planning pregnancy and seeking preconception care.
  • Trying to conceive and looking for coordinated medical support.
  • Preparing for or between IVF cycles.
  • Managing PCOS, irregular cycles, thyroid disease, or endometriosis alongside appropriate specialist care.
  • Over 35 and wanting guidance that respects your timeline.
  • Seeking medical support alongside evaluation for recurrent pregnancy loss.

Call (212) 644-9100
I’m already seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. Is this redundant?

Our focus is your general health and pregnancy preparation. With your permission, we coordinate with your specialist to keep recommendations aligned and avoid unnecessary duplication.

My specialist says my labs are normal. Do I need more testing?

You may not. We review existing results first and recommend further testing only when it could answer a relevant question or change your care.

How long before trying should I start?

Starting before pregnancy gives you time to review medications, nutrition, and existing conditions. If you’re already trying or receiving treatment, support can begin now without delaying specialist evaluation.

Can you help with recurrent pregnancy loss?

We can review your general health and coordinate supportive care. Repeated pregnancy loss requires assessment by an OB-GYN or fertility specialist; after two miscarriages, discuss a formal evaluation.

I have PCOS. Can I conceive without IVF?

IVF is not always the first step. Depending on your evaluation, treatment may include medication to support ovulation. We support your metabolic health and coordinate with your fertility specialist.

Does insurance cover fertility support?

Coverage varies by plan, service, and laboratory. Our team reviews your benefits and expected charges before you proceed; coverage for a consultation does not guarantee coverage for every test or treatment.
