Whether you're a new patient or returning, getting into your portal is simple.
Check Your Email
After your first appointment, you'll receive a welcome email with your portal invitation link.
Create Your Account
Click the link and follow the prompts to set up your username and secure password.
Start Exploring
Log in and explore your dashboard, complete forms, and access your health information.
Visit the Portal
Go to genesishealth.vibrantpractice.com or click the login button above.
Enter Credentials
Log in with your email address and the password you created during registration.
Access Your Dashboard
View results, message your care team, schedule appointments, and more.
Click "Forgot Password"
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link below the login form.
Enter Your Email
Provide the email address associated with your portal account.

Portal FAQs
Is the patient portal secure?
Absolutely. Our patient portal uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is fully HIPAA compliant. Your health information is protected with the same security standards used by major financial institutions. We never share your information without your consent.
I didn't receive my portal invitation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder—sometimes our emails end up there. If you still can't find it, call our office at (212) 644-9100 and we'll resend your invitation or help you set up your account over the phone.
How quickly will I see my lab results?
Most routine lab results are available within 2-5 business days after your blood draw. Some specialized tests may take longer. You'll receive a notification when new results are posted to your portal. Dr. Johnson reviews all results and will reach out if anything requires discussion.
Can I schedule telehealth appointments through the portal?
Yes! When scheduling an appointment through the portal, you'll have the option to choose between an in-office visit or a telehealth consultation. Telehealth is available Monday through Thursday during regular hours, and by appointment on Fridays and Sundays.
How long does it take to get a response to my message?
Our team typically responds to portal messages within 1-2 business days. For urgent matters, please call our office directly at (212) 644-9100. The portal messaging system is best for non-urgent questions, appointment requests, and general communication with your care team.
Can I access the portal on my phone?
Yes, the patient portal is fully mobile-responsive and works on any smartphone or tablet. Simply visit the portal URL in your mobile browser and log in with your credentials. You can view results, send messages, and manage appointments on the go.
