Your Body Knows How to Create Life
Sometimes it just needs the right conditions. We identify the hidden imbalances—thyroid dysfunction, nutrient gaps, inflammation, hormonal shifts—that may be standing between you and the family you're working toward.
The Fertility Blind Spot
What's Missing from Modern Fertility Care
You're tracking ovulation, timing everything perfectly, maybe even seeing a specialist. But no one has looked at the complete biological picture—the interconnected systems that either support or silently undermine your reproductive potential.
The Egg Quality Gap
Age matters, but so does cellular health. Oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, and nutrient reserves all influence egg quality—yet they're rarely assessed or addressed.
The Hormone-Thyroid Connection
Subclinical thyroid dysfunction can disrupt ovulation and implantation even when your TSH appears "normal." Optimal ranges for fertility differ from standard reference ranges.
The Inflammation Factor
Chronic low-grade inflammation—from gut imbalances, food sensitivities, or environmental exposures—can affect the uterine environment and hormone signaling.
Our Philosophy
Preparing the Terrain
Think of your body as a garden. Before planting, you test the soil, adjust the pH, add missing nutrients. We apply the same principle to fertility—creating optimal conditions before or alongside your conception efforts.
The 90-Day Window
Egg maturation takes approximately 90 days. That window is your opportunity to influence egg quality through targeted nutrition, stress reduction, and toxin avoidance.
Beyond AMH and FSH
We evaluate insulin sensitivity, inflammatory markers, full thyroid panels, micronutrient status, and metabolic health—factors that standard fertility panels miss.
Coordinated Care
Working with a reproductive endocrinologist? We complement their work—optimizing your systemic health while they focus on the reproductive specifics.
Fertility Support Services
Building Your Foundation
Each service addresses a specific piece of the fertility puzzle—combine them based on your unique needs and timeline.
Fertility-Focused Lab Panels
Complete hormonal mapping plus thyroid optimization, iron studies, vitamin D, B12, and inflammatory markers—the full picture your RE's basic panel doesn't capture.

Preconception Optimization
A 3-6 month program to build nutrient reserves, reduce toxic burden, stabilize blood sugar, and create the cellular environment that supports egg quality and early pregnancy.
Learn More →
Cycle & Hormone Mapping
Track your hormonal patterns across your full cycle—not just day 3 labs—to identify luteal phase defects, ovulation issues, or estrogen-progesterone imbalances.
Learn More →
Gut-Hormone Connection
Your gut metabolizes estrogen and synthesizes nutrients critical for fertility. We assess and optimize your microbiome's role in hormonal balance and nutrient absorption.
Learn More →
Toxin & Environmental Assessment
Endocrine disruptors in plastics, personal care products, and household items can interfere with hormone signaling. We help you identify and reduce your exposure load.

Fertility-Focused IV Therapy
Bypass digestive limitations with direct nutrient delivery. Particularly beneficial if you have absorption issues or are preparing for an upcoming IVF cycle.

Common Questions
Fertility Support FAQs
Not at all—we complement their work. Your RE focuses on the reproductive specifics: follicle counts, embryo quality, transfer protocols. We focus on systemic health: optimizing the metabolic, inflammatory, and nutritional factors that influence how your body responds to treatment. Many of our patients find that addressing these underlying factors improves their outcomes with IVF or IUI.
Standard fertility panels check AMH, FSH, and maybe a basic thyroid screen. But "normal" ranges are designed to catch disease, not optimize function. For example, a TSH of 3.5 is technically normal, but research suggests optimal fertility occurs below 2.5. We also look at markers most fertility clinics don't check: full thyroid panels, inflammatory markers, insulin sensitivity, micronutrient status, and more. Often it's these overlooked factors that hold the key.
Ideally, 3-6 months. Egg maturation takes about 90 days, so the nutrients you consume, the sleep you get, and the toxins you avoid today influence the eggs you'll ovulate three months from now. That said, we work with whatever timeline you have. Even a few weeks of focused optimization can make a meaningful difference—and we often see clients who are actively trying or preparing for an imminent IVF cycle.
We work with women who've experienced early losses and are seeking answers beyond standard workups. While some causes are chromosomal or structural (best addressed by your RE), others relate to factors we can assess: thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, clotting factors, autoimmune markers, and progesterone adequacy. We approach this sensitive situation with care and thoroughness.
PCOS is one of the most responsive conditions to functional approaches. By addressing insulin resistance, inflammation, and nutrient deficiencies, many women with PCOS restore regular ovulation without medication. We work with you to optimize these factors while respecting your timeline and preferences. Some women conceive naturally after metabolic optimization; others find their bodies respond better to ovulation induction medications once these underlying factors are addressed.
